Property Awareness Inspection

A property inspection program systematically inspects and examines the:·

• Building interiors.

• Building exteriors.

• Roofs.

• Fire and safety installations

• Site elements of the property.

For reporting and evaluation purposes each property is divided in manageable inspection areas.   Each inspection identify  maintenance conditions, details work actions and recommends remedies.  A narrative summary is written for each location grouping noting changing conditions, progress, and adverse or critical condition since the previous inspection and recommends remedies and courses of action.   A condition rating is assigned to each system grouping category for each inspection area.  Inspection results, rates and report detail is compared to inspection period to inspection period to analyze progress, trends and changing conditions.
