Decisions made by Board of Directors determine the quality of life and the value and function of joint and individual assets of common ownership associations. Those professionals and agents that the Board of Directors’ relies on to make the best decisions and to implement board policy and decisions have a special trust and responsibility of care and duty.

The conduits and energy source that produces effective board results is an effective management structure supported by qualified, dedicated and experienced personnel and services providers. Only with such a structure and support team in place can Board of Directors act with confidence and expect desired results.

This has allowed Board of Directors to deliberate with the confidence that the Association’s governing structure and management service effectively benefit the association.
