directors; perform a turn key comprehensive transition of contract
management services to newly selected management service provider,
providers and/or site management support personnel:.

Services will:

Establish a
specifically designed scope of work, bid specification, bidders list for
approval

Send request
for interest to the market.

Provide bid
materials to interested and qualified vendors.

Compare the
submitted bids to requirement.

Check
references, track record and credentials.

Prepare report
of recommendations and findings.

Negotiate
management service agreement.
-
Provide new
agent (s) required information, data and records.

Perform liaison with between
current agent and selected agent (s) as it pertains to the transition.
