Speaking and Teaching

Established the course outline and was the first instructor of the Housing Management course at Howard Community College. 

Established and developed the Leadership Training Course for Community Association Board members developed the Community Associations Institute.  Course is now known as the ABCs of Community Associations.  Co developed and presented the pilot course through Howard Community College.   

Developed the Professional Management Development Program (PMDP) for Community Association Manager for the Community Associations Institute (CAI).  The PMDP is a series of five two days courses covering the entire spectrum of subjects for Professional Community Association Managers.   Since it’s beginning in the early 80’s over 5,000 students have attended the PMDP program.

Authored the Professional Association Community Managers (PCAM) designation for the Community Associations Institute.   The PCAM program has become the professional standard in the community and property management fields.   Since 1983 over 1,000 professional managers have received the PCAM designation. 

Instructed in over 100 courses, seminars and conferences for the Community Associations Institute, National Association of Home Builder, Howard University and Howard Community College.
